Very disorganized!!
There is no patient care here. You are merely a number on an assembly line. Getting you in and out so they can make money is the paramount goal here. Dr. Ali was dismissive and impatient. Before I finished explaining what was wrong he moved an equipment infront of my eyes. When I asked him to explain my diagnosis he reached across the table and handed me a pamphlet! Facility is nice and clean. Staff are pleasant. As with most of our healthcare the wait times are awful so plan to be waiting for at least and hour to see the doctor. Had a 11am appt time, it's 12:40pm and still haven't seen the doctor.
Absolutely terrible clinic! I've been on hold for the past hour and the voicemail keeps saying hold wait time is 1 minute for the past hour. I understand clinics can be busy but atleast give a realistic waiting time, not to keep patients waiting for over an hour by saying only 1 minute left. Or have a call back option in place too.
