Dr D angleius and the clinic is garbage. I have suffered over a year with my ptosis. He saw me 3 mins said he wouldn't do it and that's it. I tried to explain my suffering and he wouldn't listen he said " I am only here to address if we need to do the surgery or not and I say no" I haven't been able to open my eye lids without pain I havent been able to work for a year. Rude people. First and last visit here.
They do care about patients. Well organized.
I have been seeing Dr Ali for more than 15 years. He has saved my vision on a number of occasions. From cataract surgery to stopping bleeding resulting in almost no vision. Today my vision is very good and even my optometrist was shocked at the change in my vision since I had my last bleed. I would highly recommend Dr Ali and his team at OCC. Their care and professionalism is at the top of their game always.
I was referred to OCC by an optometrist I used to see and to be honest, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. It's an assembly line with long waits between each procedure. It couldn't be any more impersonal. The doctor was certainly pleasant for the two minutes he spent with me. After several visits I stopped attending. Recently my cataracts needed addressing and I was referred to another clinic ... and what a difference! To anyone who is wondering, all clinics are not run the way OCC is.
