Very bad customer service. All the receptionists are helpless, and they just point you out to the kiosks to do all booking..etc.. if you have a senior, don't send them alone because they will be embraced in front of everyone if they are not techno savvy. This clince keeps on calling my wife phone number to remind me of my upcoming appointment, which is a secondary number, and they never call my primary number. They misdiagnosed my father in law ‘s cataract as glaucoma.. we had to pay for unnecessary tests .. when we asked how they sedate the eye for surgery, they said they inject the area around the eye.. which is very shocking to hear when the other eye specialist in a different clinic sedated my father in law eye using just drops.. OCC needs to stop charging for unnecessary testing plus you have to pay for parking my every time you visit..we are glad we changed our eye doctor
We have gone to this clinic for a 3rd time now due to my daughters surgery on her eye lid. The first trip was a disaster as my wife and i didnt know what to expect, we thought the surgery was going to happen the first trip so we mistakingly booked too many days to stay in toronto. The first visit was merely to have a look see and consultation. This is the first time I went to this clinic. Staff was very professional I was so fortunate to meet dr. A.Kosaric.Real professional with a gifted hand. I had met a few dr.s I the past regarding my condition called Pterygium. But because the discussions were not very promising as a result I chose to continue without trying a fix. Never visit this place. Beg your doctor not to give a referral to this place. The worst managed place. No value of time. You can definitely find many better doctors than this place.
