I received a call from OCC Eyecare saying that they will send me the details of my appointment by email and the lady also told me if I don't receive by today then call back. Of course no email even checked the junk mail too. Then called the clinic 8 times after 24hrs and selected the option number 3 for operator. And that option goes silent and hangs. At least put the message options,
Unprofessional experience. The doctor was rushed and didn’t communicate clearly or answer my questions. They administered eye drops to dilate my pupils, yet he didn’t actually examine my eyes—he only reviewed the paperwork. It felt very unusual and concerning.
“Unless you’re going blind, ohip won’t cover you” those were the kind words of Dr. Dan DeAngelis… Even though my surgury needed to be looked at afterwards because complications began to happen with my eye sight. And he actually advised me to see someone else unless it needed surgury… very disappointed 1500$ later in health bills and my eye still has the same issue. DONT GO HERE
Forcing people to still wear masks is an fringement of my rights.. Calling it policy doesn't mean it's not against the law .. If you do go , have a credit card . It's the only you get out of the parking lot. I've attended cattle auctions where livestock are treated better than this place treats human beings !
