My experiences with the team at OCB have always been excellent. They are all very kind and very thorough. When I have had an appointment, I have never had to wait. They call me in shortly after check-in, no issues. An amazing team.
My father in law had eye surgery today at this facility. He is 76 years old and recently lost his wife. He only has my husband to help him with his appointments for transportation as his eye sight is terrible and CANNOT DRIVE, hence why he is having surgery on his eyes. My father in law asked the nurse to sign FLMA paperwork for my husband for his work, just to have because he will have to take time off to bring my father in law to his follow up eye appointments. I made an appointment months in advance and they canceled and rescheduled because they made a booking error but never notified me. When I called to confirm the new appointment they informed me they booked it for the wrong year. Totally unreliable.
