Have been a patient for several years and intend to continue.
Insanely unprofessional - my wife scheduled her appointment six months in advance, showed up on time, and was told that her appointment was moved over a month away with zero notice. The receptionist made zero effort to correct this - she told us to leave and call for cancellations?! Why on earth would calling be the solution when we were physically at the office?!
Vision is a precious thing, only trust mine to OCB Cambridge Eye Center.
