I am from Wisconsin and spending the winter with my daughter in Ladera Ranch, on purpose, to see Dr. O’Carroll. I was diagnosed with Occipital Neurolgia with extremely painful headaches and scalp pain. I made appt with Dr O’Carroll 3 months prior to today. I only made the one appt call in the 3 months, with all of my information and Insurance. Upon arrival at 945a for a 10a appt, the front office personnel were extremely rude to me.
