Dr. Philip O'Carroll's care and personality: 10/10 Booking, pre-authorizations, scheduling, and office communication: 0/10 Dr. O'Carroll is, hands down, an amazing neurologist. Dr O'Carroll was the only neurologist who was able to diagnose my condition, following what other doctors had described as a stroke. What had actually happened was caused by overexertion and dehydration. He immediately recommended that I stop taking the blood thinners or statin drugs the I had been prescribed. I had a quick and total recovery, and have been fine ever since. I appreciate that he had the professional courage to go against the practice of just prescribe pills, as is so common these days,
