They put the wrong size tires on my car and then tried to tell me that they were the same size as what had been on my car previously (which was untrue). The owner was extremely disrespectful, made a million excuses, and clearly assumed I didn't know anything about tires and that he could pull one over on me. In the end, I explained to him that I usually go to Costco for my tires, but that I went to him because I wanted to support a local business - and specifically a Latinx business, because I am Latina.
