This place is only good to tell you that you need to go to the villages or Gainesville they dont do much here
The Ocala VA is terrible in one way, first off the little younger receptionist is like a rude wet mop. She is disgusting. The Doctor's seem fine, I like my Doctor's there. The other issue was mental health appointment took a while, then I was seen by a nurse. I couldn't figure that one out. On the other hand they have a separate VA mental health facility in Ocala , I will give them a try
If you are blessed and have a good outside, I strongly advise you to use your private insurance. I recently attempted and go in for some mental health. They scheduled me almost 4 months later because they said if I were not suicidal or homicidal I would just have to wait until they got an appointment with the psychiatrist to just talk with Me. I imagine this is a small part of why 22 veterans+
Nobody wants to help you. Extremely lazy people. They just keep kicking the can down the road
DisgustIng practice by lying doctor. I have been trying to get Dr Garcia (a straight up liar) and her team to get me in for over 2 weeks. They just keep emailing me and telling me to call people. Ive already bloody well called and left messages and still no appointment. These people are literally the reason there are 22 a day. Why are they even there if thwy wont get you an appointment? Completely dissatisfied and 100% disappointed in thw lack of humanity with this doctor who lies and makes up excuses ams her "team"
