I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 in with five clearly described issues: intermittent ABS/traction control/brake warning lights, a non-working windshield washer sprayer, a front-end vibration, a dead 12V power outlet, and hard 1-2 shifting. The truck sat at this shop for 5 days. Only two of the five issues were fixed (washer sprayer and vibration). The rest were not addressed, and I was not given a clear explanation why. Even though my car hasn’t been repaired yet, your team did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and explaining exactly what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and especially the hospitality it made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring.
