I needed a trailer to move some belongings to Maine and I needed it yesterday! Derek custom ordered one for me exactly how I wanted it. He then drove up to the manufacturer just to pick up my trailer. That's customer service! At delivery, he went over the entire trailer, making sure the tire pressures were set and the bearings greased knowing we had a long trip ahead of us.
