We purchased our first RV from Cody. He is a great man. Communication was great and prices are every competitive and fair. No dealer fees and he will help you to get qualified for a loan. I came to see the RV to this location and I did not feel any pressure to buy from him. I took my time to think about it and then I called him back after few days. Jen in service is horrible. Needed a part and called to see if they had it. She was very short and rude, telling me she had 3 people in front of her and doors slamming. Told her that's fine, we'd go elsewhere, but she proceeded with the conversation. Told us she'd order the part for us and let us know when it came in, this was a Monday. On Friday we called to be told she never ordered the partt and wouldn't be getting any more trucks this week. Gave us another place to go and the name of the guy she "talked" to. Everyone was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns to the best of their abilities and helped as much as they could. Jennifer even ordered new jacks for the camper I purchased from them! And they installed a brand new ac unit before I came to pick up! Thank you Ocala RVs!
Between Cody and Jen and Gary and Ryan you couldn't ask for a better team or better people to work with absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone only if you're not a crazy person and you want to deal with normal good people if you like to deal with crazy people that don't make sense and aren't going to treat you right don't go here it's not for you but if you want the best experience with the best people there is no better place in town you should go to get an RV and you should go running to get there to see these amazing... read more
