Jennifer was extremely helpful to us in getting some difficult repairs done on our Class B. She knew how to manage the warranty coverage issues with ease. The owner was honest and helpful with knowledgeable experienced technicians. This is a very reliable RV repair shop in Ocala. We are glad we found them!
This place is amazing and the customer service is GREAT! I really can’t say enough good about them. Jennifer in the office was just so friendly and helpful! Cody is the owner and was great to work with and Rhyon and Ivan who did the work on our RV hitch were knowledgeable and did great work! Very reasonably priced!
Called for a fan blade, very helpful staff was able to order to receive the next day. The next day was able to pick it up, Jennifer Kincaid was very efficient gave us information that we can order and have shipped any variety of items.
