We purchased our first RV from Cody. He is a great man. Communication was great and prices are every competitive and fair. No dealer fees and he will help you to get qualified for a loan. I came to see the RV to this location and I did not feel any pressure to buy from him. I took my time to think about it and then I called him back after few days. This place is amazing and the customer service is GREAT! I really can’t say enough good about them. Jennifer in the office was just so friendly and helpful! Cody is the owner and was great to work with and Rhyon and Ivan who did the work on our RV hitch were knowledgeable and did great work! Very reasonably priced!
Jennifer was extremely helpful to us in getting some difficult repairs done on our Class B. She knew how to manage the warranty coverage issues with ease. The owner was honest and helpful with knowledgeable experienced technicians. This is a very reliable RV repair shop in Ocala. We are glad we found them!

Gary and Ryan in service are true pros, fixing everything—roofs, slide-outs, brakes, A/C, plumbing, electrical, you name it—with skill and precision. Cody and Jennifer in sales are friendly, knowledgeable, and are very helpful with finding you the perfect RV. They have a wide selection of quality RVs to choose from. If you haven't been to Ocala RVs sales and service then you need to go! After having an awful experience at Optimum RV we went and saw Jennifer at Ocala RV. The customer service she provided alone was beyond outstanding! She was very patient and showed us multiple units while dealing with the Florida heat!
