If you haven't been to Ocala RVs sales and service then you need to go! After having an awful experience at Optimum RV we went and saw Jennifer at Ocala RV. The customer service she provided alone was beyond outstanding! She was very patient and showed us multiple units while dealing with the Florida heat! The team at Ocala RV Sales and Service are awesome! Gary and Ryan in service are true pros, fixing everything—roofs, slide-outs, brakes, A/C, plumbing, electrical, you name it—with skill and precision. Cody and Jennifer in sales are friendly, knowledgeable, and are very helpful with finding you the perfect RV. They have a wide selection of quality RVs to choose from. They offer great financing options and they handle warranty/insurance repair claims with ease. The whole team treats you like family. Highly recommend!
I went in for a fridge repair. I’ve got that done, plus a water heater and stove cleaned up, all that within one hour, while I waited. Most places would take that amount of time or longer (and would charge you for that) just for a ‘diagnostic’. Ryan did a phenomenal job and I couldn’t appreciate more that they got me back on the road so quickly. They will see me back every time I need maintenance on my RV.
Ocala RV cares about the community and has done tremendous work for EmergencyRV.org. We recommend going to them for all of your RV needs! They’ll even help ya donate your rig to us, if it’s a right fit! Thanks to Cody and the whole team!!!
