Ocala RV Sales and Service were great to work with. They went out of their way to service the living quarters of my horse trailer from personal texting, quick ordering of the parts and extremely fast installation! Can’t recommend them enough.
The personnel at Ocala RV's are professional, courteous, take immediate action to analyze your problem, fix or replace only necessary parts. Rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for service needs. Yes, I will go back to them without hesitation for future service/repair needs. Go see them.
We were on our way from Florida to Michigan and needed our Class A motorhome winterized. We were able to make an appointment with one day notice. They were able to complete the job quickly and even made a few small repairs we needed. They were friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Prices were reasonable as well. I wish we lived closer so we could use their services for all of our motorhome maintenance and repairs!
From the first phone call with Jennifer to Gary working it hard for us, this is company that I would totally recommend. Like they say on their website same day in, same day out. Again, great service all around!!!!
Ocala RV the sale and service and the staff bent over backwards. They are fantastic people to deal with. I’d recommend them to anybody right now. If we buy another camper we know where we are going.
