My last visit was a great disappointment. Dr. did a televisit with a nurse attending me. He misdiagnosed a blood clot in my leg as an infection and placed me on an antibiotic. I ended up in the emergency room where it was diagnosed correctly. Needless to say, I will not be back again.
The Phlebotomist was very good. Confident, experienced and nice. The "red" head.
My only concern is the wait time to be seen by the doctor or nurse, or to begin treatment. However ,I do appreciate the time everyone takes to make sure patients are informed, comfortable and well taken care of. What could be a stressful day is made as easy as possible. I am grateful to have found such good care here.
