I am leaving a review here because I was asked to, instead of receiving an email inquiring as to why I am no longer a patient with Ocala Oncology. The staff don't answer the phone, they let it go to voice mail and then return calls at lunch and at the end of the day. I complained about this and was told to send an email but the staff have 48 hours to respond. They do not respond to the emails until I call the clinic in Ocala. Like the doctor and support staff. However, the front office leaves a lot to be desired. Don't expect them to answer the phone. Have had to drive up to the office on numerous occasions as they don't return calls. Have tried numerous times to change information with no success. Doctors don't realize how the front office staff reflects on them.
Having had lung cancer and several other medical issues, I feel very safe. They hear me and follow through with what I am needing. They always smile. This office works together and has no drama. I highly recommend this group of doctors, nurses and office staff.
