They took excellent care of me.
After years of getting the same response from other dr’s., “…nothing we can do…”,”…will refer you to pain management…”, I was given HOPE by Dr.Robertson. I should have known better and come here years ago when my situation started. I was treated here by Dr. Mahmoud for a “busted” patella and I was subjected to the best care, understanding and staff treatment that I could’ve wished for. I waited nearly two hours to be seen by a Doctor that told me there was basically nothing they could do for my two herniated discs. On top of that, their billing department put me in collections over $95 that was supposed to get billed to a third party. Whenever I tried to reach someone in the billing department, I got a voicemail and nobody ever called me back after leaving a message. This place is horrible.
My doctor was able to give me my options for my back including an ortho referral to make sure it isn't my hip causing me pain.
