I went to my appointment at 10 this morning, they said I did not have an Appointment, that they can't help me, they called earlier and confirmed my appointment! This pulmonary office staff has just been awful, never have they helped me. I need help in getting a new cpap and they are just saying that they can't help. If the pulmonary office and the Dr can't help then you must ask this:who can help? I am so saddened by the non caring . I have never been treated with such uncaring ever that I can recall.

I received a message from your office stating that a sleep test kit was available and that I could pick it up any time this week. I called the number left on my phone but no one answered. I called several times over two days but no one answered. I wanted to confirm that the office did, indeed, have a test kit for me before I made the lengthy trip.
