Utter Dis-regard for Fellow Human Beings! We get here a few minutes earlier than our appointment. We check in and that's all the front desk does. You rot their for hours and no one cares. Why would you deliberately: 1. Hire staff with little to no people skills 2. Schedule people when you know you can't see them on time. Ocala Infectious Disease and Wound Center should not be in medical field. Close the place for a while, retrain your people, and learn the art of scheduling properly. As of right now, they do not care about y... read more

My mom has been waiting to be seen for over 2 hours and all she needs is to get her bandages changed. She’s complaining that her leg is swelling due to waiting uncomfortably in the waiting room wheelchairs. 3 hours later we got seen and she is screaming in pain but dr.mirza or whatever is name is. Is being so insensitive with her pain telling her to calm down even though he had us waiting for hours and her leg got more swollen. He needs to do better because he had over 10 people waiting including my mom. It hurts hearing her... read more

I was a patient at Ocala Infectious Disease Center under the care of Dr. Haris Mirza for several months, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I feel compelled to share what I went through so others can make informed decisions. From the beginning, the office felt disorganized and lacked compassion. Basic medical procedures were often handled poorly, and overall, I felt more like a number than a patient receiving thoughtful care. Dr. Mirza consistently ran late for appointments, often by 1–2 hours. Whe... read more

Waited forever, over 45 minutes. I hate that. Then we finally get in the room & I ask the assistant if that's normal to wait so long. She proceeds to tell me that it was because i had to fill out the paperwork. I said I arrived early to do that, it was at least 45 minutes. Then she asks all the same questions that i filed out on the paperwork, primary care, pharmacy. I said I filled all that information out & she said well its faster if i just ask you-I wanted to say well then why didn't you get me in the room faster too-i a... read more
