Very disappointed, I would have left zero Stars, but it would not let me. These people are supposed to be specialist, yet it takes them forever to get back with you if you use the spruce app they provide, the billing dept is over billing me constantly and they haven't done anything that my primary Dr could not do. Also my primary Dr. is much faster and better about getting everything done.
Utter Dis-regard for Fellow Human Beings! We get here a few minutes earlier than our appointment. We check in and that's all the front desk does. You rot their for hours and no one cares. Why would you deliberately: 1. Hire staff with little to no people skills 2. Schedule people when you know you can't see them on time. Ocala Infectious Disease and Wound Center should not be in medical field. Close the place for a while, retrain your people, and learn the art of scheduling properly. My mom has been waiting to be seen for over 2 hours and all she needs is to get her bandages changed. She’s complaining that her leg is swelling due to waiting uncomfortably in the waiting room wheelchairs. 3 hours later we got seen and she is screaming in pain but dr.mirza or whatever is name is. Is being so insensitive with her pain telling her to calm down even though he had us waiting for hours and her leg got more swollen.
