They need better tech. The load the staff has to bear is too much to weigh on paper. While their might be a learning curve that will impact the dynamic of the team, I think they could better service the community that is trying their best to make it through another day. The ladies of the office seem like family though.

Dropped off paperwork. Was in and out. Nobody in waiting area but 1 person. Lady at the front was nice. I did go super early, about 30 minutes after they opened. Good luck!
