They took excellent care of me.

I waited nearly two hours to be seen by a Doctor that told me there was basically nothing they could do for my two herniated discs. On top of that, their billing department put me in collections over $95 that was supposed to get billed to a third party. Whenever I tried to reach someone in the billing department, I got a voicemail and nobody ever called me back after leaving a message. This place is horrible.
I was not impressed with the girl who came in the room and asked all the same personal questions that I had already written down on the paperwork I was given to fill out. Both my husband and I thought Dr Oliver was great. He just told it like he thought it was and didn't try to push surgery like a lot of surgeons do.
