Unprofessional setting. Baxter's weakness is making keen decisions from the get go. Why does it take 4 months to come up with an informed decision? Her and her staff go around in circles, trying get their patients out of their hair by trying comfort them with lies. Completely dishonest and rude people. I work in the veterinary medical setting as well and we DO NOT treat our clients and patients like this. We never hesitate in informing them to call with questions or concerns.
