Felt like going through a "cattle call" experience. Full waiting room. Waited a while, then called so we could wait another while in a second waiting room. My grandmother went and was told she only had to pay $49 and nothing else. She paid it but was later billed for another $38 that she had to pay. They are not clear when it comes to their billing.
