Recommendedthis is a deed restricted community and very affordable to live here. there are approximately 243 units within out community. We have. a clubhouse that has a workout room and library. The pool area is wonderful and has a shuffleboard court and area with picnic tables. great walking or biking area. Close to Silver Springs State Park.

An excellent place to live. You own your land and the HOA fees right now are only $77.00 per month (as of todays date) and covers water, sewer, trash pick up, yard waste pick up, recycling, fenced in parking lot for boat or rv, and use of pool and clubhouse. Quiet, friendly community. We have a Realtor who lives in the community and knows the area well. I own here and the HOA fees are $73 now. I feel safe and the kids really love it here �������������������������������������� those r a couple of the thinks we have at the OEV.
