The rating should be 0.01 It took Ocala ENT to send my referral to my insurance company for approval and I don't think it would of happened then if I hadn't called them ever other day. The staff don't care. Dr. Thomason prescribed ear drops and said it it burns to bad call and I'll change the prescription. Well that was three days ago. Find a practice that actually cares about their patients.
