It is impossible to speak with a live person. In our case, after a visit, we were told that a prescription had been submitted but for the past 2 days, my pharmacy indicated they had received nothing and even checked other Publix pharmacies with the same results. What a nice office. From the lovely person that helped me get an appointment, to the receptionist and the assistant and Dr Grayson. Everyone was so patient and helpful. Dr Grayson listened and answered all my questions. I will recommend this office to all my family and friends.
