We stopped in and are very impressed with the homes and there are so many choices. This place really does offer homes for all size families and budgets and they make it easy to finance some land where ever you want it and a mobile or modular home. 5 Stars for quality selection price and a great staff.

We decided to place a home on some land we own and the Jacobsen Homes quality has us sold they are built very well and amazing looking homes. We are happy with the level of service we received at Ocala Custom Homes they really explained every thing very well and provided a lot of options and we are happy they build and deliver all over Florida so we can place one in Palm Beach or the land we own in Ocala.
Very nice homes and staff we really were surprised they look like condo's inside and so many choices. We seen how they are made and we also like that they build modular homes as well as mobile homes.
We love our Jacobsen home and the people at the Ocala location were excellent through the entire process. We liked that they had several brands to choose from but in the end the Jacobsen home was so nice we had to go for it! The home is beautiful the counter tops the upgraded cabinets, We were recommended by a friend in the area who has owned several Jacobsen homes and he was right after looking around we decided on a Jacobsen home.

BEWARE! Custom Homes of Ocala will entice you with their supposed professionalism until they get your down payment money.After that, dont expect anything to be as it was told to you. When we had problems with our new home just months after it was installed, they didnt want to talk to us any more. Our home is breaking apart down the center ceiling, the floors bounce the furniture around when you walk on them, the drywall is cracking in every room. This was a Jacobsen home, supposed to be top of the line........our life saving... read more
