Mr.& Mrs. Edge here. We purchased a Modular Home from OCH. in May 2019, It was delivered Oct. 13,2019. Not only is the staff honest. But, the factory came through 100%. We see some customers may of had issues, If there is a problem let them go to work on it. Put the stop watch down. Then there's the imaginary complaints, that percentage ?, give them the money back. My husband and I contracted with OCH for a new double wide. We gave them a deposit of $100,000 and we have nothing to show for it. The home was damaged, inside and out, and they insisted on setting the home anyway. My husband requested to have an engineer look at it and they demanded that it must be set first. We would not allow it to be set, considering the bent steel on the frame, crushed siding, etc. We told them to take the home back and provide us with a new undamaged home. The transporters hired by OCH to transport my home, impacted an immovable object - the edge of the exterior siding and metal frame that supports the entire home bending the hitch, tongue, steel frame, crushing the edge of the rear siding, knocking the wall between the MB and living room out of plumb 5" in 9 feet, racking the stud framing and trusses 2" to 5" on the marriage wall (13 studs and a triplejack - 24' of wall).
