My experience with the staff at O.C Welch Lincoln couldn't have been better. Both Jim and Alexia were very helpful with my returning a vehicle and getting me into a brand new Corsair.
Highly recommend O.C. Welch Lincoln. We were traveling from NC and needed car repair. They were able to get us in at the end of the shift and followed it up with a call the next morning that they would work on our car and follow up with another call when it was ready. Excellent customer service!!
Salesman Tom Landry was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the cars and was so patient explaining all of our options. From the time we walked in and were greeted by Eileen to meeting with the sales manager Jim to financing with Paul, the whole process was so easy ! The staff was so personable and helpful! If you are in the market for a Lincoln, this is definitely the place to go! Keep up the great work!
