Gillian was absolutely amazing! I’m very picky when it comes to these kinds of things, and she exceeded all of my expectations. She was incredibly detail-oriented, took her time to make everything perfect, and was genuinely the sweetest. I couldn’t be happier with my experience her!

If I could give Desiree 10 stars, I would. Getting a Brazilian wax isn’t exactly most people’s idea of a relaxing spa day, but Desiree somehow makes the entire experience comfortable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Great place to go to. Great staff all around. Been with them for many years. Wish you guys would open one up at the shops at San Clemente or somewhere in San Clemente. I dont know what i would do without them. God bless you all
