These guys sell a bunch of used stuff and refuse to negotiate. I've never seen such a shameless business.
They advertised an unopened wall toilet, I bought it, and didn't know it was incomplete until my plumber identified 1/2 the parts were missing. They wouldn't refund. Bad business.
I purchased a ceiling exhaust fan. My contractor tried to install and it does not work. It was sold to me as NEW and NEVER used! My expectations of purchasing this fan was that it was a new product that would work. I reached out for a refund and was offered an exchange or store credit. I DO NOT want an exchange or store credit because I do not trust that the appliances they sell will work!!! I will come in today and see if I can get this resolved with a refund.
