I tried Rolfing for the first time. It helped my back pain tremendously. I highly recommend it if you experiencing any body pain.
Josh is professional and knows his stuff. I've been coming to him for back pain for awhile now and it has really helped alleviate my chronic back pain. He targets all areas and is able to explain what and why he is doing it. He also gives some great tips on how to manage my condition at home. I highly recommend him for anyone wishing for more relief with their body
