OCQHP installed a retracting screen on the French door to our back patio in April 2019. Their marketing emphasized quality and durability so we bought despite the high price: about $250. In January 2020 when my wife opened the screen the screen rail came off of the track. I called OCQHP and they want to charge $90 to check out the cause and to reinstall on the track.
