Everything was clean perfectly professionally done happy all around
Returned to my rental property after our renters left and was supposedly “cleaned” by OC purifiers- hired by our management company. They did not vacuum the carpets, there were food crumbs and sand everywhere, they left dirty linens on the floor in a bedroom, showers were disgusting. For $230 to clean I expect to have a clean home and not to have to clean it again myself.
They “cleaned” an air bnb we stayed in and I’m not sure what their level of standards are but it was not clean at all. Light switches were disgusting, floors weren’t cleaned, stains on the couch, hair everywhere. We ended up getting our money back and leaving and would have left with or without a refund.
