The entire operation was 5 star. From mitigation, to HVAC, to repair, I was thoroughly walked through every detail and was offered a quick and easy solution for the water damage in my basement. Called for fall furnace clean and check. Ignitor was not working and needed to be replaced. OC was back in less than 24 hours with the new part! All working well. Professional and efficient! They help with everything around my house: A/C, Water Heater, etc.....
I’ve had an airflow problem in my master bedroom since my house was built. Working from home highlighted this issue. I had other HVAC companies tell me there was nothing I could do. I found OC online and they came out. A second visit was needed to use a scope to see my ductwork behind the walls. My technician Austin showed me all the 90 degree turns causing problems. We were having issues with our furnace not putting out hot air and requested a quote through their website and received a friendly call from Eric within 1 hour! Austin arrived at our home only 3 or so hours later (way ahead of the original appointment window) to inspect our furnace and offer advice for a replacement. After a few more hours and grabbing a part from Joey nearby, Austin had our furnace running properly again. Can't recommend OC Property Solutions enough for all your HVAC and other home service needs
