My first time there to get a gel refill for my natural long nails. 1. The station was not clean, nor the place. Sanitization is important to me. 2. After removing part of my nail gel lifting, the tech added glue which was all over my skin. She did not take it off. 3. Overfiling. 4. After drilling the new gel, it was messy. 5. She didn't have me wash my hands, nor did I see anyone else getting service wash their hands. I did wash my hands before she started because I came from work. 6. I get my nails/toes done every two weeks 10/10!! They’re get me right every time!! Be sure to make an appointment. They do accept walk-in appointments.
