I came in for gel nails and a pedicure. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the pedicure, as it felt rushed and incomplete. While I initially loved how my nails turned out, my “vacation nails” did not even last the duration of my one-week vacation. Multiple nails began popping off and were missing before the trip was even over. Upon returning home, I went back to the salon to express my frustration and disappointment. called ahead of time for a pedicure for two only one of us got attended waited to basically last minute to get me someone to even say they was gonna do my pedicure i let them know it’s ok made me wait 20+ min. n he ended up having to fix some girls nails so he wouldn’t have even the chance to do my pedicure
OC Nails is efficient, reasonably priced and friendly. Been coming here for almost 6 years seeing whoever was available. Most recently Salina has been doing my gel fills and today I had Lily do my pedicure. As always, walking away more than satisfied with happy nails and relaxed feeling. Highly recommend.
