I wanted to share how grateful I am that I came across Dr Rajsree’s SIBO protocol. I have struggled for years with constipation which lead me to SiBO. I had no clue how the gut worked and that I could reverse how miserable I would feel at times. After completing the protocol over a year ago I’m still doing great! I have changed my diet to eating real food, not processed. Eliminated sugar, alcohol, cut way back on carbs and along with exercise feel better than I have in years.
