I placed order online for my Prius V catalytic converter shield but don't see it coming 3 weeks later. Called this shop and they apologized that they don't carry this model and their online store still not canceled it. The owner is so anxious to refund my money like they did something very wrong :) then he added $20 more refund said buying my lunch! This is something unique about this shop for their ethical practice and value customer as so important thing.
