OC is the first gym I’ve actually enjoyed going to! Well structured classes and a really welcoming and positive environment. Such a friendly and supportive community
Great place to train. The classes are at good times to fit in with your day and the sessions are run well by the knowledgeable and friendly team. The group class environment makes you push yourself even if you don’t feel 100%.
Tried a group fitness class at OC health clubs for the first time and honestly… such a good vibe 🙌 The atmosphere was super welcoming, the staff were friendly and made everyone feel comfortable. Ash and Paddy were amazing — supportive, motivating, and kept it fun the whole time. The people in the group were really friendly too, which made it so much easier stepping into something different from my usual solo gym routine. Heaps of fun, heaps of laughs, and such a good energy all round. Will definitely be back 💪🔥
Two standouts for the OC are the community and the trainers. A big difference with the OC compared to other gyms is the consistency of attendance - I've never seen this before elsewhere and it's what builds the community that it is known for. You're working out with the same group of people and everyone is supporting each other regardless of your own personal goals.
