I am an experienced pre elite flat-water rower, with plans to compete at the Beach Sprints National Team Trials in June 2025. Coastal Beach Sprints is a new Olympic event that will be added to the LA 2028 games! I joined OC Fast Twitch with plans to work on my running and fast twitch muscle capability, with the dream of getting invited to my first beach sprint camp. As a sports medicine professional I’m very reluctant on where I send my son for sports performance training. On recommendation from a teammates father, we tried Fast-Twitch for one month to check it out. After two weeks, my son was hooked and loved every time we went. I was given workouts, rehab routines, nutrition help and even sport specific training.
