I love this place for my daughter. From the moment she enter Twitch, they greeted her by her name. Every coach is very tentative and motivating. You think they are not paying attention to her when they give her space to work out on her own, but they are. I really appreciate the monthly updates on her progress too. My daughter had some injuries from volleyball and they changed her workout right away as soon as they heard. Which made her recover sooner. I can not praise this place enough.
Strength training designed for YOUR athlete(s). All programs focus on wants and needs depending on the sports your athelete plays. Definitely love how i get updates on how my son is doing and all the progress he's had. Their prices are very affordable for what you're getting AND they're open on Saturdays!
What a great place to take your athlete of any sport. Such a well balanced workout for my 14 year old volleyball player. 6 inches on her vertical jump in one year.
I love the environment at Fast Twitch, the coaches there are very easy to talk-to, they help me thru becoming a better athlete. I appreciate the work and effort they put in this program.
