Sitting here in ste#201 for Dr. Patel. I’m waiting in the lobby and they have the tv so loud. I asked the male receptionist why is it so loud and he said we have it that way for privacy in the exam rooms. I asked wouldn’t white noise machines be better and all he does was laugh. What is going on with customer service

Accompanied my father to see Dr. Patel and Dr. Patel took really good care of my father. He is really understanding and caring. Austin at the Front Desk did a amazing job from checking my father in to rooming him. Definitely recommend this Doctors office.
