Very “down to Earth” and kind!
There's something off here. Not once but twice they tried to overcharged me for my wellness visit, which according to my health plan is supposed to be free once a year for a basic checkup. There was also a follow-up in blood work, and testing still being overcharged, I can understand once but three times come on I'm not buying it and have moved on to a more comprehensive and organized doctor who is not nickel and dime- ing me every chance they get. I wasn't too impressed with the level of care there either so I moved on.
Dr. Andrea Roberson, M.D., D.O. has been my primary doctor for over 8 years. She is kind, knowledgeable, responsive and truly cares for her patients. Her staff is equally responsive and hands down the best I have every encountered. They go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I highly recommend this clinic.
During one of the toughest times of my life, Dr. Roberson and her staff gave me the most sensitive care. After many years of looking for a primary doctor I felt comfortable with, I am so happy to have found this practice.
