Super helpful when I was diagnosing an e-bike issue
I recently bought a preowned Specialized Roubaix from OC Cyclery and could not be happier with the bike and my experience dealing with the team. I bought the bike only seeing pictures of it on the Internet. I texted back and forth with Tom before buying it, he described the condition and answered every one of my questions.
