If you love my bike, pad it well! I just bought a used S-works Epic mountain bike online. This is a shop that does it right. Phone answered on second ring - way after normal business hours. Tom was knowledgeable of the bike I was looking at and very helpful. There's just something reassuring about talking to a real, actually knowledgeable person before dropping several grand on an online purchase.
