Bryce is the man!!! This is such an awesome shop. I got a wonderful deal on a Stumpjumper. He was very patient, informative and helpful. Took time to check bike, torque to spec, add sealant, set up suspension. Best service and experience by far! Thank you Bryce! i rode it and its AWESOME!!!
Probably the best shop for anything used and high end. The diversity of options was incredible. Bryce was very patient with me when allowing me to test ride. Louis was also very helpful in giving me more technical information and instructions on how to use my (new to me) bike. The product I was given was top notch, hands down, the best I have ever ridden despite the frame being more than ten years old. They also stay open into the evening hours and are open on weekends which is a dream come true.
We recently moved to the area and were referred to OC Cyclery by another bike store due to its excellent reputation and extensive bike selection. Bryce helped us out, and we both left with awesome Specialized bikes for a great price. A huge thank you to him for taking the time to help us find the perfect bikes to fit our needs and for providing outstanding customer service!
Bought my bike from OC Cyclery and they’ve taken great care of me ever since. After a crash left my Di2 shifting dead, Bryce got it diagnosed and fixed fast. Super knowledgeable, quick turnaround, and great service every time. Highly recommend
The guys here provided me with info on my bike and helped me tune it and even gave it a clean. The staff was polite and took me in as a walk in even though they were busy, putting the customer first. I really appreciate these guys and a huge thank you to Bryce for taking his time to answer my questions and go out of his way to help me! Will definitely be coming back for any repairs in the future !
