Jennifer is wonderful! My teenage daughter was dealing with anxiety and therapy was something her pediatrician recommended. I wasn't sure what to expect as neither of us had ever been through any sessions before. Jennifer made my daughter feel very comfortable and gave her some great techniques to try. Thankfully we only needed a few sessions to get her back to feeling herself again. Jennifer is very kind and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone who is struggling with issues of their own.
