I was referred to Dr Jacoub by my insurance I called maybe like 10 times, the supervisor denied to see me, I’ve been diagnosed with triple negative stage 3 breast cancer. They had the approval already. I haven’t started any treatment yet and they still refused to at least see me for a consultation which makes me very upset and sad at the same time, I wanted a second opinion from him. I have been calling to make an appointment but goes to the answering service and says that the office is closed!!! I can’t believe how disorganized this office is. How is it possible that you are closed all day on Friday and following Monday which is today? I even called the other offices and sent Emails. The previous person’s review is also valid. Dr. Jacoub is an outstanding oncologist and I feel very grateful that I chose him out of the oncologists I interviewed to help me through my cancer journey. I pray I don’t have to go through anything again, but if I did I would feel confident with him on my side.
