I was referred to OC Automotive by my regular repair shop because they were too busy to fit me in, and I couldn't be happier they sent me there! From the moment Patti answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. She was friendly, professional, and let me know the service I needed could be done the very next day. ✨AMAZING✨ I sent an appointment request after hours and needed to get my car in asap - I received a text the next morning an hour before they opened saying my appointment was confirmed. They gave me a loaner for free and had my brake pads, calipers, rotors and AC fixed within 6 hours. Very reasonably priced and didn’t BS me, and gave me a really great explanation of everything. Highly highly recommend.
This was my 3rd time bringing a vehicle to OC Automotive. I'm very impressed with the service they provide. I brought in my 2005 toyota prius for an alignment. They called me as soon as it was done. Very reasonable prices. I Would definitely recommend OC Automotive.
Car broke down in middle of the road Sunday. Got it towed to a place close by. Happened to be OC automotive. Called me right away to let me know they would look at it and give me an estimate. Couldn’t have been later then 9am and they already got back to me with a great price and got it done that same day. Vehicle is driving great. Amazing service. Definitely will be back here again.
Tony the owner is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He knows what he's talking about and if you want your car worked on properly go to this shop. He does not over charge either!!! Patricia at the front desk is such a lovely sweetheart she will make you feel better sitting there to pay to fix your car. I will definitely be back!!!
