Very kind, trustworthy easy to work with hard-working making sure the customer comes first. I never bought a used car before but John Won was an absolute pleasure to work with and made it super easy! After my experience working with John, I will buy a pre owned from him. He makes sure all cars on the lot are safe and in good working order. All the people who commented and posted 5 stars for Mr. Used Car Salesman John Won just got scammed by him because he tried to scam us with his "DEALER FEES" of $590 !!! Luckily I caught that on time. Only $80 Documentation Preparation should be charged but he snuck in $590. When we confronted him about this, he got nervous and lied that it was the destination fee.
