We bought items from here and the quality is VERY poor. They’re also very unresponsive :(

Terrible customer service. We called to have our dishwasher repaired and were given an appointment window for the next day between 9:00 and noon. At 12:30, we called looking for the technician and were told our new window was for 2:00 to 5:00, as the first guy had gotten sick. They never called us to say that no one was coming. We said "don't bother"
DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I called ACE APPLIANCES and someone from this company called me back and they sent a tech. To my house. Very rude and unprofessional, and not only they didnt fix the washer, now the washer doesnt start at all. Terrible customer service, the guy on the phone kept shouting, he was extremely rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
