After years of looking for a decent licensed electrical contractor on Hatteras Island, I finally found one that was not just "decent" but superb! Alan and his crew did a great job in upgrading my vacation/rental home to current code requirements. He is extremely detailed oriented and understands the issues around working on rental properties. The quality of work performed, timeliness of the service, and the advice given was exceptional. I highly recommend OBXtroniX for any electrical contracting need.
Alan Ward was my electrician and he was fantastic. He wanted me to see what he was doing and why. I didn't understand everything but I tried. I was more than happy with the price. Alan was able to come the day I called. He made the necessary adjustments in his schedule to keep his prior appointments. He was prompt and professional. Alan was great at addressing safety concerns with my grandmothers home as well as explaining what he was doing to get everything back working properly.
Great experience didn’t hide any cost and was very upfront. Very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to work with me on getting out to install the ev charger within days of getting the permit. I would highly recommend this company for electrical needs for any project, I know if I have any more electrical needs I will be calling them.
