Easy to deal with and great product.
I am always a little leary of ordering flowers online vs. speaking directly with someone. Outer Banks Florist did not disappoint! The arrangement I ordered was delivered on time and was GORGEOUS! Thank you! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This business does not respect your wishes on your order and refuses to take action (for example refunding), when you make them aware of their error. I purchased a specific plant for my mother’s birthday and specifically crossed off on the order form that I did NOT want a replacement. They sent another flower anyway without speaking to me first and two weeks later, I still have no refund. Their communication via email is seriously lacking.
