I couldn't be more disappointed with their service, or lack thereof. We purchased a Club Car from them about 3 years ago. We started having issues with it a 4-5 weeks ago. I called them several times and they never answer their phones. If you select the option for the service department it just hangs up. After a week of calling, I left a voicemail and it took them about 2 weeks to return my call. The guy said the service tech is out and he would call me back the following Wednesday.
