I called Bride Ride about a week prior to our wedding to double check the times they would be arriving to pick up the bridal party and the guests. We used Bride Ride services to transport guests to and from their beach houses to our wedding venue, the Black Stallion, located within the Currituck Club. What was great about Bride Ride is that the hours could be split so that we weren't paying a driver to sit through the whole wedding to await the end of the night to pick up our guests. I hired OBX Bride Ride to transport guests to my wedding at Jennette's Pier. I had a contract in place and paid in full. The problem is the shuttle never picked up my guests. The driver "thought my wedding was the next day." My guests were left stranded at the hotel and had to uber to the ceremony at the last minute. Luckily, they made it just before it started.
