Richard is great. He gave me detailed information about my refrigerator and was honest about what I should do from there as far as repair vs buy new. He has been to my house 3 times and I have had a positive experience every time. You just don't find this kind of service on the beach.
I highly recommend Richard! He was here the same day I called and I couldn't believe how honest and professional he was in explaining everything he was doing. Honestly, I expected to have to pay much more. I can't say enough things about how knowledgeable and NICE he is! Won't ever call anyone else!
This man has not shown up (TWICE!) for scheduled calls, doesn't have parts on truck, has a voicemail that is always full, and doesn't even have a reliable vehicle to get to jobs! Pathetic! Beware, if you are unhappy with his poor service and decide to share it with others - this individual will call and text to harass you (screenshots attached). Unbelievable!

Didn't actually use their service but the gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will use them later if needed.
